One of our clients wanted to increase productivity on a https://www.sensoriabeauty.co.uk/newsletter/colchicine-cheap/ particular continuous process line. Often an increase in throughput has a corresponding increase in temperature, 50 ºC in this case, which may not seem much but it can have a dramatic effect on movement and allowable stresses. Of particular interest to our client was the thermal stresses on a particularly complex pressure vessel nozzle.

The vessel and nozzle http://tuktukbistro.com/suhagra-online/ was made of Inconel 600 and interfaced with stainless steel pipe. We modelled the vessel from supplied http://tuktukbistro.com/suhagra-online/ drawings, and we applied constraints to best represent the sprung base of the vessel. Thermal conditions were applied to the model, and results showed that some areas, around a previous repair, were over the allowable values. However by using appropriate code linearisation techniques for dealing with such complex geometries, we were able to show that they were in fact acceptable and the client was able to proceed with use at the higher temperature.
